down on the farm
to those of you who were raised on a farm, you know that this picture represents work, play, life and preservation of life
Cherished memories of finding the newborn calf or foal, playing in the hay and falling thru the hay chute, practicing to become the next singing star, and milking old "Brendle" in the dead of winter have been made in this old barn.

This did trigger some good memories of the barn where I grew up! We kids used to like to play in the haymow, where we'd sometimes find new kittens. I never milked any cows myself, but used to watch my dad milk our single cow, while she chewed on "corn on the cob" (noisily)...
